Merchant Onboarding
Sign up for mATM services through the Finkeda portal. Submit documents and complete KYC. Once verified, your Micro ATM device is activated.

Balance Enquiry Process
Log in to the device. Customer inserts their debit card and enters their PIN. Select "Balance Enquiry". The transaction is processed through the banking network. The customer’s available balance is shown on screen. A receipt can be printed if needed. Both the customer and the merchant receive confirmation instantly.
