The merchant selects "Cash Withdrawal" on the portal. The customer shares their Aadhaar number and selects their bank. A fingerprint or face scan is done for verification. Once processed, the amount is debited from the customer’s bank account. The merchant’s wallet is credited with the amount and commission. The merchant hands over the cash.

The merchant selects “Balance Inquiry.” The customer provides the Aadhaar number and the bank name. Biometric authentication is done. The system instantly displays the customer’s available balance.
