Select Bill Payment Service
The Finkeda Saathi opens the BBPS menu. They will choose the category: electricity, gas, water, mobile, DTH, credit card, etc. Enter customer account details or bill number.

Fetch Bill Details
The Finkeda system fetches the live bill from the selected biller. The amount due and the due date will be displayed. The customer will confirm before proceeding.

Complete Payment
The merchant chooses the preferred payment method: UPI, wallet, or debit card. The customer makes the payment. The transaction is processed and settled in real-time.

Instant Receipt and Commission
The merchant hands over a printed or SMS receipt. The commission is automatically added to the merchant’s wallet. Full transaction details are saved in the merchant portal.
